Returns, Damages, Commissions and Exchanges

Items are able to be returned/exchanged up to 30 days after purchase date.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item isn't returned in it's original state.

In the event of an exchange, unless otherwise stated, the buyer holds responsibility for the return postage costs of any item they wish to exchange and any monies owed if the exchanged item is of a higher value. The cost of the items replacement, including postage, is covered by Tiggidy, as well as any money owed if the returned item is of a higher value than its replacement.

Any items damaged would require a photo, also including packaging(if applicable), to be emailed to tiggidy.uk@gmail.com in order to access damages and for insurance purposes.

Commissions will be subject to a non-refundable deposit to be discussed at the time of the commissions commencement. The remaining balance will be due once the commission is completed to the satisfaction of all parties (the customer and Tiggidy Designs)
